Generally if it's in the family you have a chance but it may skip a generation or two- my grandfather was a fraternal twin (he had a twin sister); there haven't been any twins so far but the chance is higher for my sister or me to have twins.

Regarding marriage . . .

I've always been ambivalent about the institution itself- I don't care about the legalities or reciting vows in front of a group of witnesses; I've always thought that the actual commitment to each other and to the relationship itself was the most important thing. I guess if the man that I was with was more traditional than me and marriage was important to him I would do it.
