Give Me Ideas

I've finally decided to do something productive with my time; I just can't be doing nothing for half a year and be sane when I go back to school (Hopefully starting college). I want to make a game but I don't want to do the ubiquitous ones like Sudoku, Solitaire, Snake, ... The most complicated I can do is a 2D side-view game like Mario, but I prefer the puzzle-type as they're more unique.

So hit me; I'm just not creative enough to think of anything
