There are no drug shit in the City i live bit i know one State here where drugs are available like "Daily Items" ,mainly 'cuz this is tourist place and various Foreign tourists come here .

there is individually owned pharmacies that will.

We've got them around here.. Just not anywhere close to how Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky was.

I guess you never truly know how bad things are though unless you actually get into that scene. So it's kinda hard to say here.
