Beslan tragedy- sept 3rd. 2 years ago

Postby AspirinE » Sep 3rd, '06, 14:02

One of the most horrible terrorist acts besides 9/11.

Some of u might not know, but feel obligated to spread the message of grief and terror people experienced that day.

R.I.P.

The Beslan school hostage crisis (also referred to as the Beslan school siege or Beslan Massacre) began when armed Chechen terrorists took more than 1200 school children and adults hostage on September 1, 2004, at School Number One (SNO) in the Russian town of Beslan in North Ossetia.

On the third day of the standoff, shooting broke out between the hostage-takers and Russian security forces. According to official data, 344 civilians were killed, 186 of them children, and hundreds more wounded.

i remember it was a huge shock for me.. i couldn't believe it at first.. :'( and what makes me mad is the fact, that they still blame eachother and no one really knows who started shooting first and became responsible for death of those people. i mean i know it were Chechen terrorist who entered the school, but they say they still don't know who began to shoot when antiterrorist arrived there.. :( :(

that's just sick, for some of those kids it was like first day of school and their mothers say they were all happy and excited.. :'(

Im sorry but thats really not true, and a alot of hate information there.

The special forces were instructed to use the first oportunity in case of chaos. after 3 days in the building people were dying from hunger and no water. All the terrorists were on drugs, and all of them were stressed out too, and there was a bomb that wen off under one of terrorists (u could even hear it on tv) that bomb made a hole in the wall, people started escaping and the kids running out were being shot at, so the special forces took bullets to protect them, there really was no way back. Its easy for some humaniterean group to talk shit bout wat happened. It was a day of heroism and fear, i see no wrong in anything done that day. I was watching all that shit live and there were polititians that even went in to avoid casualties, people tried talking to them, but these morons came to die fo r a cause to stop the chenyan despute in a worst possile way, not to make deals.

edit: theres a lot of info not revealed too, it wasnt a time wen beuraucrasy could solve something. Plus read the testimonies of the kids, i saw many of them interviewed live and they said terrorists started it coz some bomb that THEY made went off.

Beslan was truly a horrendous attack, targeting so many civilians, especially children is the ultimate display of inhumanity - i'll never learn to understand why some ppl can justify to themselves, others and their god that killing innocent ppl is ok to further a political cause - it was a terrible tragedy.

^ they said on TV about that bomb, but they said also they still don't know or somethin like that :zipped: they prolly say something else in Russia and something else in other countries, you know how it is.. they prolly gonna go further with the investigation and i hope it's gonna work out soon, but even if it does, it won't bring those people back to life anyway.. :(

they wont go further in investigation, the country knows exactly what happened, but if it were put out how it was it would start a lot of bitching from people who don't even understand the position.

> bomb expolodes.
> special forces hear bomb and assume the worst, help the children that are running out, start shooting at the terrorists in the windows.
> the rest is a matter of faith, thank god they didnt blow up the whole thing, coz they actually could.

the truth is a bit scary and painthfull :'(

it was horrible... they had the children that survived talk about there expierences... they treated them worse than animals...

and another sad thing is a lot of the kids are mentally fucked up about it. there's a whole future of kids who are messed up.

I met (well kinda saw and welcomed them with a group of people) some of those kids in Sochi the week after it happened, they sent them to rehabilitate :[ , its was real sad :( , but it was good to see that they were happy to be alive. :(
