i just got my 1st 2 pierceings on tuesday of this past week. my tounge and my bottom lip. does anyone else here have any pierceings?? if so where???

i got my nose pierced ... (i gots little diamond)

and i might get my tounge pierced ... i dunno yet tho ... (how bad did that hurt?)

and i did have my ears pierced ... but i got ina fight and tha girl ripped them out ... but now that it healed ima get them re-pierced lol

ok here is what they did. the guy who did it took out these thongs that had circles on the end of it. he 1st put some numbing shit on my tounge. he took my tounge with the thongs and with this long ass needle jabbed it thru my tounge. he then had to cut something off at both ends and he put the balls on both ends and it was done. the whole thing took around a minute or so, even if that. now the pain of it, lol. the best way i can describe it is this. u know when you go and have ur blood taken. the feeling of the needle going into ur vein to get ur blood. that is how bad it hurt (meaning the needle thru my tounge.) seeing as how i never had a pierceing before this i was really surprised it didn't hurt more.

now the after...you can expect ur tounge to swell. the number of days really depends on the person. if u eat a lot of ice, pop cycles, ice cream, etc. the swelling will go down a lot quicker if u don't put any ice on ur tounge. the following 2 days i just had bottled water and sugar free vanilla ice cream to eat (fucking diet, lol). now i can eat meat again, but it is still really wierd. after u can start to eat something the tip of ur tounge will start to itch like hell! yesterday i wanted to cut the tip off cause it itched so bad, lol. that is the sign it is starting to heel. i am getting use to it, like i said it is a wierd feeling haveing something in ur mouth all the time. i really love it and have no regrets on getting it done. oh yea, i almost forgot. with my tounge i have to gargle and rinse my mouth with this special disinfectant shit 5 times a day and after i eat as well. so that is 4 or 5 times a day. that is to stop infection from setting in. i would highly recommend it! i hope this info has helped ya rea. whatever ur decission is good luck in making the right decission for u!
