What rapper impressed you the most when you first heard a track from him/her?

I was amazed by Atmosphere when I first heard "Trying To Find A Balance" because of the way he rapped, because that was totally different from what I had heard before. And his lyrics were just awesome! :8)

this question really depends ,

when i first heard eminem i didnt know who he was and once i heard 2 tracks of sslp i thought he was funny but shit ,

once i learned about eminem and his music and heard mmlp i loved him

when i heard game for the first time i knew who he was and what he was about , i was expecting BIG from him and he delivered

when i heard 50 i didnt know who he was but loved him instantly he impressed me msot coz i had no standards set in my head for him,

when i first heard mcmaybe i thought he was gonni be shit coz he was the first rapper i had heard from any forum or "underground" if you wish , and i actually loved the track , so he impressed me big time....but his tracks aint near 50/game standards but eh probly impressed em mroe coz i thought he was goni be shit...(no offence)
