Hey black, all u need is windowblinds, i think the one with the crack was posted here not long ago, i dont quite remember were though.

and as for the theme... here on DeviantART.com they got all the releases and uptaded skins u need to emulate mac or vista. A very usefull site, has some great walls suitable for the vista look too.
