How do you deal with anger and stress and other suff like that?

Me, I don't really deal with it, I mostly bottle it up, and it has really come back to haunt me, casue I get so mad over the stupidest stuff I tried punchiong pillows and other crap that they tell yuou to do, but i feel like an idiot

so how do you deal with the stress?
I act like shit don't phase me
inside it drives me crazy
my insecurities could eat me alive!

don't get stressed or angered any more cuz i just don't let anything bother me. i used to care about everything, but lately i've really believed in not giving a shit about anything. i seem more relaxed and happy i guess because of it

^ just like D@vid. most of the time to be honest.. cause there are things that really get me down somtimes.. mostly some private stuff and i usually bottle it up, cause i don't like to talk about it, even with my friends.. i think it's easier to tell someone you don't know personally about it.. :-k

i listen to music and draw or go to sleep. or meet my friends and do usual stupid shit that cheers me up. :sweating:

I rant about it to people, I listen to music, I tune everyone out or else flip out at them for little things..
In more angering scenarios, I trash my room, cry, yell..
But yeah I pretty much turn every remotely bad emotion into anger, so I've learned to deal with it in my own ways.

i will normally not talk to anyone, or be grumpy for the rest of the day. Or, i'll pretend nothing's wrong and be happy & smiley & bottle it up - cos i hate to talk about my feelings; i think i'm being an attention seeker if i do that, which i hate, so i don't. But yeah, I tend to listen to music - it makes me forget. :smoking:

Normally, i don't talk to anyone about this, because i hate to talk about my feelings. I just pretend that nothing happened to me. But i think, its kinda wrong. People need to talk each other. Because all this shit, what i've been live through last two years, gathers inside me. :(

i draw, i take my HB 1/2, 2B , B pencils a rubber and a sharpener, a few cigarettes and a cup of coffee and i take a seat on my balcony with my notpad and draw some shit that first comes to mind.
