the uk or america?

i know my view is bias but im seriously reckoning that the uk's chart is way way way better than the US's these days. the bands and variety and there just seems to be way more talent in our chart.

i cant say as a country because the US is ultimately larger than the uk and therefore will be able to destroy us in variety, but atm on just popular music.

i just noticed when i asked uze what music u were liking and i know that a lot of uk artists are breaking america these days such as mika, and lily allen

and then i heard that track from mims is it

90% of the UK charts are a fucking joke

pretty eyes girls who didnt write the lyrics, there voices are heavily heavily edited, and there beats a stupid litte trash sounds, they sell coz they be shaking there ass (wich is sexy but not good music)

USA charts..never even looked at them

I'd say America because it accounts for around 70% of the music I listen to.
But as time goes on it's changing ... the UK in consistently producing new talent.

As far as hip hop and talent is concerned, I'm sure the U.K charts has better. Why? Because we got people like the Shop Boyz ("party like a rock star" - repeat 73 times) and Yung Joc among other shitty "artists" topping charts.

More music in no way relates to quality.

Naturally i like american music better coz i don't understand english accents even after i studied 10 years in an english shcool. clear and well toned speech is important to me.
