
wuts everybody favorite exercise? sitting, picking up the remote, clickin the mouse, etc... doesnt count. it has to be a "real" one, or one that is at least worthy of bein a "real" one (i.e. lifting boxes isn't a "real" exercise but it benifits you the same way a "real" one does).
me? good old fashioned push-ups and its many forms:

-regular
-staggered
-walking stagger
-diamond
-feet elevated/hands n feet on chairs (allows you to go down farther)
-sumo walk
