lmao the reason why Akon got a huge boost in his fan-base this 2006-2007 year was all cause of eminem.

eminem and snoop dogg, face it, akon sucks and t-pain sucks even more, and NO they're not good at hooks either, if you want to hear some real R&B music go bump some nate dogg or something.

and now akon is over-popular and everyone want the chipmunk on they're albums and this in some way contributes to the end of real rap music. because then these other faggots like t-pain and chris brown collab. with rappers as well and because they aren't good r&b singers they slowly inflict damage upon real rap.

How can you compare akon to nate dogg? Akons maintained pretty good mainstream success, Em and Snoop had nothing to do with that, actually em's verse on smack that fuckin sucked.. and snoop.. well he just sucks.. on akons first album, he had 3 smash singles, lonely, locked up, and bonanza.. all 3 of those songs had no features on them.. and the album ended up selling 1.5 mil.. nate dogg has never made a hit.. hes just a hook singer.. which he rarely does anymore .. ur jus one of those forced hip hop heads who all day sits on the comp complainin about real hip hop.. akon>nate dogg .. akon actually has talent..

and t-pain.. well he cant sing.. he uses a synthesizer to make his voice sound good.. and he blew up with it..
