Do u jogg? If so....when? Why? How much? Alone? Where? Do you take a break or run till the end? Do you have a certain speed or you just want to end the running?

I'm interested in this cause I do it and I wanna know if people here do it too and how.
I do this everyday. 5 km. In the morning or at night....for example tonight I ran 10 km in like 1:30. (cause on Saturday I run for school)
I don't stop untill I finish the 5 km.It feels good after you finish.
Why do I do it? Cause I'm trying to shape my abs....and for that I need 30 minutes of cardio everyday....
