ok i have a problem, som weeks ago i ordered a pair of shoes in this web

it was the second time i bough something in the internet, first time was on amazon.uk and there wasnt any problemm but this time i think that something may have happened
i ordered it and like 4 or 3 days after (January 26) i got this e-mail:

Your order has been processed and should be with you shortly.

If you are inside the UK, you should receive your order within one to five working days after this email, depending on postage method selected.
If you are outside the UK, you should receive your order no more than ten working days after this email.
(Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in this quoted delivery time).

so the 2 weeks have gone and i received nuthing, on thursday i sent an e-mail to the company asking if soemthing wrong happened but they havent replied me yet, my mom keeps asking where are my shoes, i used my sister credit card, in the case that i dont receive my shoes, someone know what can i do? :(

Well when you got the e-mail is when your order gor processed and shipped out, so it's technically only been 9 working days (mon-fri are working days) so wait until Tuesday because that's when they'll officially be late.

yeah ure right ...my mom keeps telling me that they may have been a problem and she is scared cuz she thinks that they will steal my sister money so i start being nervous about it

Yeah anything after Monday would be considered late and thats when you should start calling and emailing them every day asking where your stuff is.

When Raw receives your order and payment for a product offered through Art/Neosens 2U, we will firstly check with the factory in Spain for current availability. If no stock is available, we will contact you immediately to let you know, normally via email. We will cancel your order in our system and we will refund you in full, including postage.

If stock is available, a pair are ordered for you. We will hold your payment as a 100% deposit against the order. If you cancel your order any time after we have ordered the shoes on your behalf from Art/Neosens, we can only refund 60% of the value of the shoes.

Your items will be dispatched to us as part of a weekly delivery we have from Spain to our warehouse in Fleckney, England.

Once your item(s) reach us, we will check that they comply with your order, and are the correct size and colour. We will then dispatch them to your delivery address.

Due to the additional steps involved, you should allow at least 4 weeks between ordering items from Art/Neosens 2U and them reaching you.

I know that's different from what your Customer Service Rep said, but sometimes they can be wrong in order to please the customer....or they can just be wrong period.

What you can do though, is ask them if they have a shipping/order number where you can track where your package is at the moment.
