Well sarah,im currently working on gettin my pre med,and what i can say is that since it was on the face, he would of have shaved with a dirty razor or somebody elses razor and cut a pimple while shaving. I believe that would effect the area and puff it up, and at this stage people just think its a pimple and it will pop, WRONG!!! Turned into a cyst and i bet he was in alot of pain the next day after he let out all the puss.

yea this is gross and i figured it was a cyst by the comments and was cemented by that by bizarre...thanks but dude this is gross...i was eating some dorritos and sour cream and i couldnt even look at the Sour cream
