Happened more times than I can count. Of course I make a point not to lead girls on because that makes you a dick hole. Only problem is that since I like to take time to develop a relationship with everyone I know if the girl is feeling me a little bit already there's like a 90% chance she'll want more than friendship. Being the shit is such a gift and a curse.

I just got led on not too long ago until I finally realized that, so I sorta stopped thinking and trying that I could get somewhere with that girl. And yes, I've lead some people on but not too much actually.

That just happened to me, but it turned out that in the end she wasn't really ready for anything, so that's it. I just told her how I felt and she did the same then
