Resizing pictures for avatars

I've used picture resizing websites recently to make avatars for my posts, but within a couple hours the picture would be removed. Do any of you all know a good place I can resize pics that won't do that? :flower:

Why don't you save the image and upload it onto a hosting site like photobucket.
