and Mainers make R's on the end of words that dont belong, but yet dont say R's where they do...

Yes it rhymes depending on your enunciation; if you want to get technical though, in literary terms, no it doesn't rhyme. But since when has rap music followed the guidelines of grammar down to a prescriptive rulebook?
