What are your thoughts on this catastrophe?

I am just saddened by the amount of loss the people feel. Seriously, Haiti was one of the poorest countries before this cataclysm and now, what do they have?

Their Presidential Palace and their largest church are destroyed and several 10,000 people are dead. You know how they dispose of their body? They are so poor they use dumpster trucks to dump all the bodies into a "mass grave" or they lay them on the streets. It's just...

they built all of their buildings without reinforcing structures. I mean they are situated in between 3 plate faults.

but it is a great disaster and my condolenses to all of them.

I only heard some things about it. They were really poor, now damn..
Ma teahcer talked about it yesterday in class..he said that they really need help from rich countries or whatever

There is thiefs running around and stealing from shops and even from Red Cross :shakehead: This is very sad, 50-200k people died :(
