Help With Mic

I have this song for my girl that I want to record so bad and cell phone quality just isn't going to cut it lol. I'm not very serious with rapping so I don't need anything amazing (or even good) just something that doesn't sound like complete shit.

What do you guys think about something like this?

I know it's cheap and still won't be very good, but do you think it will give me good enough quality to make a song listenable? I'll make a home made pop-filter as-well.

It'll work but it will still sound like shit, just not as bad as cell phone quality. You should look at a condenser mic and got to Guitar Center or Amazon. Best Buy sells wack mics.

Yeah my first thought was to beg him to mix it haha. I know Tash said awhile back he would mix stuff too.

Yeah I mean it would be nice if it was good enough quality that I could actually drop a song every now and then. Like I don't plan on taking it seriously but it's so hard to get motivated when you have no way to record...
