Oh sorry!.. I'm guessing because even after him & Kim broke up, he went off to a girl who had the same color hair & same color eyes as her.. so she reminded him of Kim. Not sure about the name though

Always thought that meant her name was something ironic, and wasn't going to say it because he knows the listener "already knows" if you know what I mean. (Obviously the first thing that comes to mind is Kim, Hailie, etc.)
