Em says in "Marshall Mathers" track that "A half brother and half sister who never called me untill they saw me on TV?" I know he has a brother,but can anyone give me info on his sis?

As already said, I think you're taking it too literal.

Just because he said half-sister doesn't mean that actually happened, he's just exaggerating and... We do it all the time.

Honestly, just because he said that doesn't mean that exact situation is the exact thing that happened, he's just stressing the point about so-called family members only wanting anything to do with him or claiming relation now he's famous.
