I'm not fucking Irish, so I refuse to partake in a holiday that doesn't include my heritage. It's disrespectful to them. That's their holiday, give them the courtesy of letting them have it to themselves.

Patty derives from Patrick...I don't see how it's "Paddy" granted it sounds like that.

Over here Paddy is a nickname for Patrick, and some people refer to Irish people as "Paddys", its no big deal though I just never knew that people in other countries pronouce it as Patty's, either way enjoy yourself :beerchug:
