If Relapse 2 sucks....

So, A lot of people here don't care for Relapse much. From what I gather, people thinks a decent album but put it under sslp, mmlp, and tes...but above encore. So, Im wondering, with all the anticipation....If R2 doesn't deliver like everyone is expecting, or is about "as good" as Relapse....How many of you will kinda 'give up' on eminem. Not to say stop listening to his music but not get as hyped for one of his albums coming. Or will you be upset and say you wont get that hyped, but because its em, when he does drop another, you'll be just as hyped regardless

I suppose if you relate to this shit he's saying in the album then it might have more replay value....But I still listen to that shit from time to time.

Stay wide awake, same song and dance, deja vu, crack a bottle, 3am, buffalo bill, my mom, medicine ball, hello....all songs that can be played over and over.

But yeah, if if R2 is like Relapse ill be a bit dissapointed. I dont want him to follow the same subject matter, as much as I love serial killer shit , Id like it in just one stage of the album, not throughout. A couple accented serial killer tracks that are the same calibur as buffalo bill would be dope, but I want some mmlp type shit on this one.

My whole thing is, what else does he have to talk about? Other than the shit he went through in the last 6 years, everything else is played out.

I think if he approaches this album as like a biography of his life in the past 5-6 years it will be a classic. Proof, drugs, kids, kim.... artists on his label...all things that would be dope.

Here's an idea....

Listen to the album and come to a conclusion all on your own.

Not because its eminem and not because of what somebody else said...then back your opinion no matter what someone else says.

When buffalo bill came out everybody hated on it, but I stood by opinion when I said that shit was dope.

If R2 does not have music that you can play it over and over it again then i think Em should just retire or release a song or two over-time . Relapse had no replay value for me and i think many of you are in the same page as me, Crack a bottle was a horrible horrible song, followed by We Made You. His only choice is to make dope music or just retire and concentrate on other things. But of course he can prove me wrong and release a good record at least, because i don't expect him to release something that is amazing.
