It has a wonderfully catchy hook, one of Dre's best beats of all time and some hilarious lines

Em's skillset on this track is insane, multis, descriptive lyrics, liquid flow, flawless breath control, immaculate rhyme schemes, it's a lesson in emceeing. I've heard people call Dre's production on Relapse "predictable" but I've never heard a Dre beat like before, epic production.

The "accent" works well on here too imo.

I like this section. Every thread "makes" me go re-listen to the songs. But yeah, this song is great. As I was starting to lose faith in the overall quality of this album, this song saved it for me. Rhyming is just amazing.

When Relapse 1st came out and i listening to everything.. Insane was my favorite song.. lol..

But after listening to stay wide awake a few times after dat.. it just took the cake... 1 of top 5 em songs of all time... Beat is simply amazing... Flow Genius... Chorus amazing... 10/10.. everything is perfect... Only if it had a video...
