Is there anybody there who likes Rugby ?

Rugby is one of my favourite sports, it's not actually a really famous sport in the world but that's a nice sport though . As I live in France we mainly play football ( we're not pretty good at it these days but well ), but we also play Rugby our team is actually one of the best in the world behind South Africa, Australia or New-Zealand . France just won the Grand Slam 2010 after beating England in Paris and the other teams like Scotland, Ireland etc
What do y'all think about Rugby ?
I'm not asking people from the USA because I bet they've never heard of this sport before LMAO but I know that they are some british guys on the forum that's why that'd be cool to talk about it

I don't like football.. But 6 months ago i moved to Wales.. The home of the sport.

So you can guess that i've been dragged along with them to the pub to watch it

Not too bothered by it, can be very entertaining at times.

Although it did give me one of the best moments of my life.. England beating Wales at "their sport" whilst we were in a Welsh pub after the Welshies had hyped it up for 2 weeks and made us come to watch up. Singing Swing Low in front of them in their own country was sweet, but we had to move fast not to get glassed

I love rugby. This season the super 14 (rugby played between provinces in Australia, New Zealand and South Afroca) has been really entertaining to watch because there has been a slight change in interpretation of rules. Now teams are encouraged to run the ball more and defenders are penalised for slowing the ball down. This means there is more running attacking rugby and ball in hand this year than last. I'm also looking forward to the 2011 world cup under these new rules it makes rugby way more entertaining to watch.

Just learned how to play it today! My coach is from Wales so we played some Rugby today in class with a football. It's a pretty tough game, but I like it so far. Never watched it on tv though
