B.o.B.'s first verse is pretending what happens when his album is released and becoming a huge success. It is the wish he has. His second verse is pretending if nothing in his life went according to plan and has not led up to where he is now. He may have nothing but he still has wishes. Eminem is simply building off the previous verse. He already has the success, but building off the second verse he is saying what would happen if life took a different path. Well he would just wish on shooting stars (airplanes) and hope for a better life.

Rather than feeling bad for them, this song shows how 1). people who think celebrities have perfect lives are mistaken (Eminem's has touched on this subject a lot) and 2). most celebrities worked hard to get to where they are. Sure there is luck and inherent talent, but a lot of stars got to where they are through perseverance and determination.
