:facepalm, made for white girls? That's total nonsense. That's what your king's (Lil Wayne) albums are made for. B.o.B's debut is a sublime mix of rap, rock, soul, funk and more. He's... You know, a REAL musician. Not some auto-tune hopping whiney wannabe gangster.

but to be honest i wasn't even hating on BoB, cuz i'm not a hater
this album is good at what it's trying to do...make white girls buy it

i was just responding to the title of this thread...CLASSIC...in the hip hop section :facepalm2
if there were more songs like Bet I than you can say it's hip hop, but this isn't a hip hop album with songs like Lovelier than You, Magic, Ghost in the Machine

the realest of real talk: calling this a hip hop classic is like saying Relapse sold more than Carter 3

I don't even consider this the best album in the last 2 weeks let alone a classic
Congito's Strange debut > this (some of ya'll would love that album btw and not just for 3 Tech N9ne verses)

Carter 3 sold more and its a fact...but choosing some album to be a classic is more of an opinion then a fact...there are people who`ll say that MMLP aint classic, that The Eminem Show aint classic, that Get Ready To Die aint classic, that Illmatic aint classic...

I'm going to ask 1 question and 1 only.. This will test your music taste and knowledge.. As well as seeing whether you're just one of the typical haters..

I got to hand the win to EminemBase, he's been able to justify his reasons for liking both B.o.B and his album. I myself have yet to check it out but I do like him as a musician.

I haven't heard the whole album yet, just like half, but I highly doubt it will ever be considered a 'classic'

Agree with that. Just listened through it all the way and I really really enjoyed it but I defintely wouldn't say it's a classic.

Indeed...people hate is just because its popluar...its the only listenable album of 2010

B.O.B is deffinetely going to be a next big thing in music industry,I have a feeling that he`ll be an Eminem of 2010-2020 decade
