Eminem's awareness

Throughout his songs Eminem has always shown an acute awareness of social and cultural topics, and in 'Not Afraid' he says so much stuff that people on this forum have been talking/complaining about/wishing for. I'm mainly talking about his line concerning relapse...

"in fact, let's be honest, that last relapse CD was 'ehh', perhaps I ran them accents into the ground, relax I aint goin back to that now..."

This is so in tune with the mood of many posters in these forums. Do you think Eminem or someone from his team visit these boards to see what the fans are saying? I certainly think that if not Em personally, someone close to him does come to see what the fans are saying and relays this info on to him. In this technology age, why shouldn't Em's camp use the open electronic forums available to determine what fans want?

Also...

Back in the day Em and his dudes used to meet at the hip-hop shop to battle and chat hip-hop, now his fans can do the same thing just on a worldwide scale over the internet. It seems to me like this forum and others like it are the technological progression of the hip-hop shop for fans... Know what I mean?

Like to me it feels like if Em and Kuniva had been born into a different generation (ie now) they would be using the creative writing section of this forum to battle each other.
