Then he sits down at a table covered in Pills (forming the Relapse cover). At the "Standing Up" line, he leaps up and knocks the entire table to the ground. Pills fly/scatter everywhere and he walks out of the room.

the leading crown and holding torches are too much though. I like the idea of him looking in a mirror.
