i was searchin on wiki and under the relapse page i went to 3am and it says they will be a Sequel on Recovery it says

"Sequel
Eminem's New album Recovery Will have a somewhat sequel to it but it will not feature Eminem's Accent Which was heared on 3 a.m. This will be one of the two songs produced by Dr Dre"
