What do you consider "the accent"?

Right....I'll describe it the best way I can, and give some song examples of where he used it. It's when he raps and doesn't sound American....and...almost retarded, no matter how on point the lyrics are. Simple as that. Let's not confuse high pitch e.g 3am or CAB with accent e.g. Same song and dance and Hello.

Another example is Buffalo Bill (one of the worst cases)

I think all the accent is is his pitch, it has nothing to do with the way he pronounces words because he always bended words to make them rhyme, it just seems more apparent. Listen to Without Me, i could picture that song on relapse with just a higher pitch voice "I created a monsta, cuz nobody wants ta..."

its just the pitch of his voice.
