I got what you previously said. It's none of my business but it was still the same cuz you aproached certain rap artist on twitter with a nickname representing Eminem's name or his camp and you're not part of it or have a license to do it, so I didn't see a difference if you represented youself or your website and if you had different accounts for all those matters.
I wasn't critisizing you but was asking you if you meant to tell me 'I could represent my website whatever way the heck I want and do whatever the heck I want whatsoever' or you just saw it different way. By your answer I saw it probably was the latter.
Then again I said it and will say it again everybody's free to do whatever the heck they want.

It's not illegal / immoral to use Eminem's name in a website / twitter account. I run an Eminem fansite, so using his name / images is... Kind of a given.

I'm not representing myself as one of his camp hence Eminem BASE and if you check the description I say I'm a fansite and then you click the link and can quite obviously see it's a fansite... If I was saying "Hey I'm Eminem's brother" I'd see your point. But I'm not, I'm quite obviously a webmaster who owns an Eminem-related website and anybody with half a brain can see that.
