Welcome to the Forum.
Thats a very general question u asked. Ud probably need to learn how to make use of Photoshop first then then make sure u read guidlines about signiture size. And with practice ull be abole to make one for yourself. Then ofcourse u can always make a request in the "graphics request" subforum and some peeps that have more experience might agree to make one for you.
