I don't like this track because to me it's seems like a freestyle track except the hook. It's just..blah. Not Afraid was good because he actually had something worth saying. Nothing positive sticks out for me on this track (except the beat, that's the best part), and I don't care AT ALL about what Em's saying, and that's bad when this is supposed to be his return to form.

No I'm the type of guy that likes good music. and the SSLP was him just starting out. Obviously he isn't going to go back to that. But even when Eminem released Encore, most of the tracks didn't sound awkward like he does now. Especially on Never Enough.

I can see how people dont like the track. I didnt like it the first time I listened to it, and it seems like he's trying to make metaphors so much that the actual song suffers because of it. BUT, after listening to it a few more times I really like it.

The beat is insane...really like the beat.

I would say that most people were expecting something different, and that's partially to blame for some of the negative reception of the track.

I'm not sure why people are hating on the beat, to the point that they dislike the song. Of course, I don't really believe that the beat is anywhere near the most important part of a song--especially one like this.

The wordplay is crazy in this song, and you can tell that he's so far removed from a lazy style of lyricism that Encore is almost a distant memory.

I'd say with all of the work that seems to have been put into this album (granted, judging from only two songs) that it's going to go down as one of his best. I say this because he seems to be able to balance the personal style (Not Afraid) with a very lyrical style (Won't Back Down), which is what really makes a good album.

Either that, or he'll just complete the rest of the album with songs like "Fack" ( ).
