No that's not a fact. That can never be a fact either because we never have the ABSOLUTE consensus at any given time. There are for example people who have views but not posted, people who have a personal issues so are purposely going one way... Many factors which stop consensus from being FACT.

It's an opinion that can be backed with some sustainable information. And like I said, it is NOT pointless by definition, which is what you were arguing. So trying to switch lanes just because you've lost that side fools nobody but yourself.
