No, iTunes does not count in the Billboard, only store retailers are counted like Best Buy and shit like that

Do you not understand that in 2010 - iTunes sales and DIGITAL sales as whole >>>>>>>>>> physical sales

Sales for physical product keep decreasing year on year, whilst digital/iTunes sales keep going up

Of course iTunes counts to sales reported on the Billboard Chart.

I have no idea why people think it doesn't!

If iTunes didn't count for first week sales in the US, Relapse would have probably sold 300k first week or less

why don´t you just download itunes ? there you can go to "store" ---> "search" ----> down right corner click on the flag ---> choose a country....then you see the itunes charts of this country
