don't worry i only learned today rofl, i read some recipes on the web then just went with the flow..
get some natural yoghurt (or i think you can use flavoured too) (i put 4 big spoons in)..whatever fruit you want...i made one with strawberries,rasberries,blueberries&blackberries earlier, but i also made banana and strawberry, and i'm contemplating making a chocolate and banana one tonight cus it sounds so yummy; some ice (or get frozen fruit..i get ice) and some sugar (about 3teaspoons) and just stick it all in and blend blend blend..
^ i have no idea if that's correct btw, but that's what i do and it tastes fine so *shrugs*
