Lol yeah and obviously so does every other country. What country is your favorite musician from? How about your favorite athlete who is a non-soccer/football player? The world pretty does revolve around America, it's not arrogance it's a fact.

I'm Chinese I grew up in America though. But if I asked my Chinese relatives in China they would probably say something like Jay Chou (or some K-Pop, J-Pop, Chinese) singer and Yao Ming. In fact I'd be surprised if they named anyone in America, because:

1). They wouldn't understand english songs so why would they like it?
2). Football (American) and baseball are nowhere close to the popularity of soccer internationally. In fact the only American sport that I think has good international popularity is basketball.

Just my 2 cents,
