for the people who don't get this, Patrick is dead but before he died he was in the movie ghost where he could only talk to the whoopie Goldberg since she was some kind of spiritual person in the movie, since whoopie is now on the view, she can only be the person to talk to the dead pat since no one else was in the movie that is on the view, just see ghost if your still confused because its all about staying in character type joke.
