NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla.(UPI) -- A Florida woman accused of starting an office fire to get sent home early with pay pleaded guilty to criminal mischief.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said Michelle Perrino, 40, drew suspicion during a meeting of Bayonet Point Oxygen employees when she mentioned the May 12, 2009, fire had started in a filing cabinet before workers had been informed of the fire's origins, the St. Petersburg Times reported Thursday.

Investigators said a friend of Perrino told them she had admitted to tripping the main circuit breaker and adjusting phones to block incoming calls in bids to go home early without sacrificing the day's pay.

Perrino was sentenced to 9 months imprisonment followed by 5 years of probation. She was also ordered to pay Bayonet Point Oxygen $4,800 in restitution and banned from contacting the company or its employees.

to add to the crazyness, i work a block away from where they found a dead body in the woods, the creepy part of that is if i had takin my noprmal rout home from work that dead body could have been me....

I ride a bicycle back and forth to work, a few nights ago i was on my way home, i seen somebody run off the sidewalk and hide in bushes, so i turned and took a different way home cuz i really didn't like the feeling that came around, it was like i knew somethin bad was gonna happen....so the next day i had a ride home from work, there were 3 ambulance's, a few cop cars, a firetruck and some police with flashlights right where i seen the person hide, FUCKING CRAZY SHIT.

not to mention i'v seen people actually fight the police here, and they was fightin each other before ht epolice even showed up, lol i just moved here last month and i swear this shit is like a zoo around here
