type the word "mixtape" in google, see who name comes up, type the word "best rapper alive" in google and see who comes up. there's a reason one of wayne songs is the most downloaded ringtone EVER. there is a reason why wayne has the highest selling rap tour EVER. there's a reason why no one else even touched platinum status first week since wayne. How you seen a patterning going on with other rappers flows and the type they rap? they all are starting to sound like Wayne. When someone mention greatness in rapping they saw "hes trying to be the next wayne" they don't say eminem, 2pac anymore.

How stupid. Okay, the mixtape thing might be something you could credit Wayne for, but that is it, and how did that change the game? Best Rapper Alive? Well let's see.. I am looking forward to hearing C4, but this statement was just stupid. Wayne has not done ANYTHING to change hip hop EVER, beside maybe popularizing autotune a little more for a little while.. and that wasn't changing hip hop as much as it was him feeding into a lame fad. What makes you think he's going to start after dropping 2 weaker-than-usual albums straight?

Ask 200 young and upon coming rappers who influenced them and listen to what they will say, go to any major music site or channel... wayne face is on it first, The two people that changed the face of hip hop in the last 5 years is Lil Wayne & Kanye West, it's undeniable.

Well I`ll just say that its wrong if you`re going to listen to them.Krs said so many times that someone else is the dopest MC,Eminem is a whacko when it comes to picking talents(example:Bobby Creak,Cashis and all the other shit he signed to SR while he could sing Redman/Method Man and Royce),and Jay-Z said it only because Wayne was the biggest rapper in US at that moment.So I say you`re wrong if you listen to those 3 or if you listen to Jaz,you only need to listen to yourself and stick to your opinion not matter what others say.Thats why I hate these "Stans",bunch of them love Wayne and Rihanna after Em collabed with them and said that they`re dope.
