do they release setlist info before concerts or no?

reason i ask is cause i really want to know in order for me to make some cds for the ride up
i havent really listened to j cole and i need to know some of his more popular songs to throw on a cd

i looked up jayz and eminems recent setlists for recent shows and got most of what they will probably perform but no idea on jcole or slaughterhouse
