Are the Beats by Dre Studio worth the $$$?

Yo guys, I want to purchase the Beats Studio but first I wanted to see what others thought about ´em. I´ve been reading that the sound is amazing (coming from budget, crappy earbuds, is there really a big difference in the music like Em´s?), but one problem that concerns me is the sound leakage. Is it really that bad? Also how´s the durability?

Some people say that there are other alternatives for a lower price, but of all the ones I´ve seen, none look as stylish and cool as the Beats (cool factor is definitely something that I´m considering)

Finally, how´s the battery durability? (I listen music probably 2-3 hours per day)

I've had mine for more than 1,5 year and I haven't had a problem yet.

The original ones lasted for 2 weeks. Others about a week, a week and a half. Just make sure you turn your headphones off when you are done using them.



And is it worth it? Well, I got them as a present, and I can't tell you if they're worth the money, but I really enjoy using them.

I got a dope 99 bucks headphone. And it should be less than 50 bucks in US currency. It's dope.

Not worth the asking price, no. For that money you can buy pro studio phones with higher quality bass and trebble.

My friend who has them said that songs are so much clearer, almost as if you're hearing the song for the first time, that's apparently how clear they are. So it probably is worth the money if you have enough for them and want quality headphones

yeah honestly i can say they are worth it


at first i thought no..cause they were so much and it seemed like i could get any headphones cheaper that could sound just as good or maybe nearly as good...
...but none do

i had a friend be like "oh hows the bass on those things" he listened and said its okay...not what he thought for 300..well i got mine 250 on black friday

they were okay, but it was all bass. like he had bass boost on full and everything.
bass isnt everything. the dre's present the best sound quality for the overall sound. just everything
its like hearing them play in the studio, like your right there.

over time youll realize they are worth it
very delicate though so be careful. absolutely everytime i pick them up or open and close them i think its gonna snap or something
ohh and the wire that it comes with sucks! but you get 2 so thats nice


i wouldve spent 300 on drugs and beer eventually and would have nothing to show for it

i got this sick pair of sonys for 50 dolla. id listened to my friends dre beats tho and i have to say EHH. i mean i like em but there too expensive for what they r.

I currently have a pair of Sony´s. They sound good as far as I can tell, but man, they make your ears bleed after a couple minutes.

I think I´m going to buy the Studios. My only concern right now is the sound leaking problem (other people can hear what you are hearing). I don´t wanna creep others out when I listen Insane or Kim.

no they are not worth the money.THe build is really poor you can buy 4 headphones better than that crap for the same price.Its just wearing Dre's name on,thats it. Plus ppl are really thief about those Headphones so you will always be a target when you go out wearing them.If you really care about music and you're not a showoff get an ATH-M50 . Better quality,cheap price.
