well it's gonna obe nly 1 issue.
It's actually XXL Mag., but this month they'll have a special edition called Shade 45 magazine; they say it's on sale august '05, but i'm not sure if it's out yet.

I read the mag. is suppose to come with a dvd. The dvd is suppose to have d12 performing................. or so i read.

this shade 45 mag is handed out at amt for free and it has the amt mixtape in it. its nothin more than short biographys on the performing artist

I finally got my copy today; it's pretty good ... It has some shit about Em, D12, Obie, Stat, the DJs, they talk alot about the programs and schedule on Shade45, G-unit, and their new members Mobb Deep and MOP, and XXL old interview from 2003 w/ Em, 50 & Dre.

by the way, this is not the same magazine they hand out for free at the Anger Management Tour
