yo why don't you scrap this "double account" rule.....obviously theres ways to get around which every banned member has managed to find......so its really impossible to discipline it. just get rid of it and i bet the double accoutns will stop coming.

you guys lose all your best members cuz they break some crazy rule you guys have to enforce. its the internet, unless they go over the line (and you'll be able to tell where that line is) then there is no need to ban people especially when they can just get right back on here through different methods. so your "Authority" in a sense is pointless regardless. It's like arresting a criminal and putting him in his cell, and 3 days later someone points out he robbed them the day before. while he's sitting in his cell. he knows a way out, but yet you got him locked up. (bad comparison, but i'm thinking on the run here)

It's possible for me to make sure someone can never log back in, even with proxies. But, there's a problem with that method: Sometimes it restricts accounts from that persons same ISP, or general area of logging. Several members have been banned in that "Permanent" way before, such as Scottys first ban (before there was a Mod vote to give him a second chance). If needed, we could always enforce harsher consequences, but we try to be fair. These are rules that the owner created, not us.

so its either
1)enforce it and you'll always get double accounts
2) enforce it with what your method is and possibly ban a few other member (pretty much like bombing a stadium of people becuz there's a known terrorist in there)
3) get rid of the rule and hopefully the double accounting will be over or decreased by leaps.

i believe just 2 or 3 weeks ago he found chambers hotmail..added him on msn..and threathend to come to pittsburgh to smash his face in.. cuz chambers left him negative feedback on his track... but sure hes calmness himself rofl..just saying
