The flow is amazing,especially considering it's done in one take.

Boring song. Em's verse is really nothing special, flow is not that good either; just cus he's going fast doesnt mean it's a good flow.

What does "one take" mean? That he did his verse as soon as he entered a booth without any breaks?
And how did you realize that he did it so?
