Oh yeah, I'm sure it will.

I mean Recovery could end up having the most weeks at #1 for any hip-hop album in history. At present it's tied with OutKast's Speakerboxx/TheLoveBelow. Though it's a little unfair as Em has nowhere near as much top-selling competition in 2010 vs. back then. But, it's an achievement all the same.

As it's already had like... Seven weeks so far right. I'm sure it'll drop down with Katy Perry and I think another release but then the concerts / new singles will re-boost it.

The Em / Jay thing will be a huge event so will re-focus a lot of attention to their albums.

increase? nah I don't think so, unless they broadcast the concert on tv or something other wise it will have just much effect as other artists' tours
the VMAs performance will probably boost the sale though but it's not till sep 12

Of course it will. All the people who haven't bought the album but have heard LTWYL and Not Afraid are gonna hear some more of Recovery and probably like it. Thus, they will go out and buy it, hopefully. Plus, knowing Interscope, they'll probably have the album on sale at merch booths

Came back to annihilate, the game's in dire straights, as I await
Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake
