it's all about when you do it, like if you always do it when you play video games, it becomes addictive in that nature. if you can stop using while you play video games, or stop playing video games it's not that hard to stop. so try that

Anyway, if you are gunna do it, best I can give for that is move around where you put the pouches. Like if you do top left, next one do top right, etc. Just don't always put it in the same spot, I'm sure you can obviously understand why it's better

the brands overseas are promoted as for the upper lip, i started doing it there too just so I wasn't killing my bottom gums

Anyway, never tried it before, seen my friend do it once... I don't smoke either...

Only smoke what we call in Lebanon: Arguilé or in other Arabic countries: Chicha

there's grape flavor, mint and lemon, apple etc... (even vodka but that would kill!)



that's not a good habit though, they say one inhale of this is worth 20 cigarettes...

oh yeah we call those hookahs in america, i smoke it with my family sometimes during parties, part of my family is middle eastern too so im used to that kinda stuff haha, but yeah it is worse than cigarettes only because u inhale more smoke from hookah than smoking cigarettes
