Why couldn't Em have just put a verse on The Cross

Would have been great. Honestly I don't think Nas wanted Em on one of his records. After what he said about Jay at around that time he definitely didn't want to get outdone on his own song. They both have respect for each other so what other reasons are there?

Also people whining because he's collabing with "pop-stars", get over it. He's almost 40 he can pretty much do what he wants at this point. He's proven enough on his first 3 albums alone. Plus if he signs Slaughterhouse he'll have some competition. You act like he's collabing with Britney Spears or some shit. When Em first came to the scene, he was controversial. Like, everything he did was wrong. Now, everybody is saying he is not controversail any more, so he does a few pop star features, and once again, everybody is talking about him, like, his collabs are wrong.
