He just copied the Refill date.

He was probably one who told the guy too. I'm not saying it 100% won't happen, who the fuck knows - just that 21st of December is a bullshit date and this is indicate of nothing.

1. He probably saw it on Rap Basement. Back when I used to go on there I saw a source that had info around that early say that and even mention the 'baller' line. He just saw it there. If you scour long enough around the release date you can find shit yourself too.

2. Even if he was the 1st person on Earth to say that, you think that means therefore every single thing he ever says is to be believed? lmfao. You should treat every individual claim the same way.

Past trust means fuck all in this situation. He's just using the date they released Refill on, and he admitted when he first posted it that he was just making it up.

Interscope smells the money, thanks to Refill, Relapse sold like 400k extra copies in the US. With Recovery it could mean like 1 million extra worldwide.

It's exploitation of art. Which all monetary sales of it is really of course but giving the same product with a few extras for full whack is silly.

Em's a bit of a dick for doing it also though. People say "Interscope wouldn't let him release it free". For one thing, we know that recently he signed a two album deal.

As in, Relapse and Recovery have now fulfilled that new deal that he signed. Any music he has himself is his and he owns the right do it which I'm sure he does with unreleased shit anyway. He delivers the albums as contractually agreed but I doubt they can stop him putting free material out.

So I'm sure he could give fans free tracks if he wanted. I mean, you know, for 11 years of loyal support and turning him into a millionaire, you'd think a spare 5 tracks as a mixtape out of the 4,500 tracks he has in his 'vault' / trash would be a very easy little extra something.

But noooooo.

I hate re-releases, especially as Recovery was only released in June.
(I hated the idea of Relapse:Refill too)

I wouldn't mind a re-release of the MMLP, with songs from that era that didn't make it onto the album. That would be fine.

If they really want to drop some new music, can't they just release a seperate CD and just leave the original Recovery alone. If they want the Recovery aspect attached to the title/product then just call it 'Extra Recovery' (or something a lot better), put some new music on there........and thats it.
